    On the final Friday of term the Legion of Mary organised a pilgrimage to York for 30 students from the Sixth Form. After breakfast in the Dean Court Hotel the students celebrated Holy Mass at the York Oratory and also stayed for Confession. This was followed by a walk to the shrine of St Margaret Clitherow the great English Martyr. Read More

    A night on a stone floor in Liverpool Anglican Cathedral might not be everyone’s idea of fun, but 8 members of Year 13 took the decision to take part in the Whitechapel Centre Sleepout to raise money and awareness for issues surrounding homelessness. They were joined by groups from other Edmund Rice schools in the Northwest and rose to the challenge of building the most eye-catching cardboard shelter (mainly due to size rather than any architectural or design merit…) Read More
