    Year 12 visit to Oxford University

    11 of our high-performing Year 12 students attended the recent Oxford University Open Day with Miss Baines and Mr Duggan. They were based at Hertford College and took in many of the sights of our oldest university, including Magdalen College Deer Park. We hope that this experience will encourage the boys to be academically and intellectuallyambitious and to maintain our Oxbridge tradition! Read More

    Procession of the Blessed Sacrament

    The annual procession of the Blessed Sacrament was held on the 28th June and because of the poor weather it had to be held in the College Hall. Fr Edmund Montgomery from Shrewsbury Cathedral gave the Benediction to Years 7 and 8 in the form of the Blessing of the sick at the Shrine of Lourdes. He spoke to the students about praying for the sick, especially in their own families. Read More

    Congratulations to Joe Ryan in Year 8 who has been selected to represent Team GB at the Youth World Championships in Bangkok, Thailand this summer. He will fly out on 1st August and will compete against the best in the world, in the home of the sport. We wish Joe the best of luck at the event and continued success in the months ahead. Read More

    Year 7 - 10 French trip to Paris

    Jeudi 25 Mai, 19 boys from Y7-10 hopped on the College minibuses to make their way to Manchester airport for our departure. A smooth journey to Paris CDG and then a short transfer to our hotel. Blessed with beautiful sunshine, the sun cream was out in force for our day in Disney Land. We battled the queues and our fears to ride Space Mountain and Indiana Jones, then soothed our souls with a calming ride on the Tea Cups. Read More
