    Year 9 Engineering Conference

    On Monday 27th June, 15 Year 9 students went on an engineering course to Manchester University. The course was conducted by Small Piece Trust, which was celebrating fifty years in providing different inspiring courses for young people. The students were set project challenges by experts from Cyber Security Challenge UK , Jaguar Land Rover, National Nuclear Laboratory and Transport for London. Read More

  • English Schools Cup success

    English Schools Cup success

    On Saturday 2nd July, the St Anselm's College Junior (Year 7 & 8) and Intermediate (Year 9 & 10) squads took part in the English Schools Cup for Athletics National Final which was held at Bedford International Athletics Stadium. It was a fantastic achievement by both teams to qualify for the Final as both teams faced competition from 2000 schools. This proved once again that St Anselm's is the best school in the North of England for Athletics. Read More

  • RoboCup Team Update

    RoboCup Team Update

    The College RoboCup team have now started on their second day of competition matches. After a day plagued by technical problems and a late night of repair work and coding, the team have gained their first points in the competition and are preparing for their next "Superteam" match, in collaboration with students from Germany, Croatia and Japan.
