Year 8 Juice FM visit
23rd April 2013Four students in Year 8 spent the afternoon at the Juice FM studios in Liverpool One, which was a prize that was offered as part of our Lenten fundraising season. The boys were treated to a guided tour of the studios and newsroom and watched how the music was selected, shows were put together and news bulletins produced. Whilst on the tour, there was plenty of time to speak to the DJs and ask any questions, including JC, Steve Timmins and ex St Anselm's student Liam Hincks (pictured.) A fantastic afternoon was had by all and thanks to Juice FM for their time and the 'shout out' live on air! Read More

After a grueling climb for the first couple of hours the route took the boys through some of the more remote parts of Snowdonia, including the impressively large Llyn Cowlyd reservoir. Read More
