The Friday Club
The Friday Club is now in its 40th year of existence. It was founded by the then Headmaster Rev. Br Senan Kerrigan as an opportunity for the students of the sixth form to provide company and friendship to adults with learning difficulties and physical disabilities. Members can take part in organised games, domino championships, bingo, table tennis and table football. Each half term a themed party takes place with party food and entertainment.
The Friday Club provides invaluable support to its members and their families, but it also helps our students to develop important skills for life and provides them with valuable insights into the lives of those less fortunate. Above all the Friday Club is a visible sign of the apostolic nature of St. Anselm’s College.
