The Sixth Form

Applications are invited from those interested in joining the Sixth Form.

The Sixth Form offers all A-level students the opportunity to develop mature study habits in a well-resourced and aesthetically pleasing environment. The aim is to allow the students to completely fulfil their academic potential, whilst encouraging involvement in some of the many other activities available.

A separate Open Evening for prospective Sixth Formers is held in Autumn. Copies of the Sixth Form Prospectus may be obtained by telephoning the School office or by contacting the Head of Sixth Form at the College, prior to the Open Evening. All prospective Sixth Formers are interviewed by Senior Staff and, where appropriate, conditional offers are made. The minimum requirement for AS courses is 48 G.C.S.E. points, and for AVCE courses, 40 GCSE points.
