Students have been using Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing (CAM/CAD) to undertake advanced design work and have produced some excellent artefacts. They have done this through passing their designs remotely to West Wirral Works. Recently, we have acquired an advanced laser cutter.

We are introducing Food Technology into the curriculum. Recently some Year 9 students took part in the Master Chef Competition at Upton Hall School.

Students in Year 11 have been undertaking the Asdan Award for mentoring primary school pupils in technology problem solving activities supported by Merseyside Setpoint.
