Youngsters lead the way v Manchester Grammar

The Year 7 and 8s had outstanding victories on Saturday versus Manchester Grammar.

The Year 8 side won 45-0 and continued their excellent start to the season, with the B team winning by a large score too.

The Year 7s got back to winning ways with an excellent away performance finally ending up 40-10 victors and the B team were outstanding winning by over 50 points.

The 1st XV's unbeaten record  came to an end losing 10-25. A promising first half resulted in a lot of Saints pressure, but sadly this couldn't be turned into points. A half-time score of 10 all meant it was anyone's match but  Manchester were ruthless in the 2nd half converting all their three chances into points.

This Wednesday the 1st  XV play Birkenhead at home in the NatWest Vase 4th round 2.30ko at the Ridings.
