    Wirral A.C Cup Race

    On Saturday 3rd October, the St Anselm's Cross-Country squad took part in the annual Wirral A.C Cup races at Arrowe Park. The boys dominated the field in all age groups, from the Senior runners (Years 11 and Sixth form) right through to the Year 7s. Every boy who took part ran exceptionally well, and we had individual winners in each age group. Zachary Russell won the Year 7 race, Louis Johnston won the Year 8 race, Martin Hurst won the Year 9&10 race and Michael Rooke won the Year 11 and Senior race. Read More

    On Saturday 26th September, the St Anselm's College Cross-Country squad took part in the prestigious Manchester Grammar Relays event. The boys were looking to win back the overall trophy as Ermysted's Grammar School held the trophy from last year. The boys were excellent ambassadors for the College and achieved the following results: Year 7s 2nd, Year 8s 2nd, Year 9s 1st, Year 10/11 1st and Seniors 3rd. Read More

    James Colquitt's sporting success at the ICCA World Championships in Lake Garda

    James has been sailing within the RYA GBR national junior squad for the last two years, in August he competed in the Cadet World Championships at Lake Garda. During the 12 race series both he and his brother (Alex) had some outstanding successes (three 1st's) finishing 3rd overall in the Promo World Championships. James has now begun the task of helming his own cadet with his younger brother George as crew, fingers crossed for them both as they continue their sailing CV. Read More

    I am delighted to be able to share with you some pictures from the container contents being put to use in Makeni. Our friends there are still struggling to recover from the devastating effects of the ebola outbreak, and I am sad to report that one new case was confirmed in Makeni earlier this month, after hopes had been high that the disease was gone. We must hope that this was an isolated case. Sr Mary and her team have asked me to again pass on their thanks for all that our Anselmian community did. Read More
