Hockey News 7th October 2021

The senior hockey continued its strong start yesterday after resounding wins for both the Second XI and First Team over Birkenhead School. The second team played first and were clinical in taking their chances with a hattrick from Walberg and other goals from Wong, Brown, Martin, Hanson-Hughes, Snagg, Owen and Brown. Another strong performance from this team with Guy man of the match.

The First XI once again showed their goal scoring qualities and at times played some fast flowing and highly skilled hockey. A hattrick from Dodd, and other goals from Taylor, Raynor, Morris and McIndoe meant Anselms ended up running out 7 - 0 winners. Green was voted man of the match by the team.

Well done to all lads that represented the College yesterday, we play Wirral Grammar away next Wednesday.
